What we do with your data

This page explains what data the CarDefense form collects, what it is used for, where it is stored and how to ask for it to be deleted. The data controller is Tank SpA, Santiago, Chile.
What we collect and why
Only what you type into the assessment request form. There is no other point on the site that collects data about you.

The only use is contacting you to arrange the assessment you asked for. We do not sell, share or trade this data with third parties for their own use, and submitting the form does not add you to any mailing list.
Where it is stored
We use three providers, all with servers outside Chile:
- Pipedrive — the CRM where your request is logged so that someone handles it.
- Resend — the service that sends the notice to our team and the confirmation email you receive.
- Google Cloud — where this site and the program that receives the form are hosted.
All credentials live server-side, and your data travels encrypted over HTTPS.
One exception worth knowing about: if the CRM does not respond at the moment you submit the form, your request is written to the server’s technical log so it is not lost, and someone moves it across by hand. Those logs are internal, kept for at most 30 days and deleted automatically. If you would rather that did not happen, email us and we will handle your request without the form.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit the site and how many requests are submitted. It sets cookies in your browser.
Analytics does not receive your personal data. When you submit the form, all we tell Google Analytics is that a submission happened and which of the two forms it came from. Your name, email, phone and facility never leave our server for analytics.
If you arrived from an ad, we store alongside your request the parameters the campaign appends to the address — gclid, utm_source and similar. They tell us which ad works; they say nothing about you as a person.
You can block analytics through your browser settings or an extension. The form works either way: it does not depend on it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your request remains a live commercial opportunity or a contractual relationship exists. If you decide not to go ahead, or if you ask us sooner, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. We honour these requests wherever you are, regardless of which data protection regime applies to you.

Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date in the header. Changes do not apply retroactively to data already deleted.
